Here's what to expect in a

Soul Empowered Yoga class...

Soul Empowered Yoga is an inclusive and body positive yoga space for BIPOC. Classes are beginner friendly with plenty of options to customize your practice using props: bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets.

At Soul Empowered Yoga we teach slow flow yoga. In slow flow yoga, we flow at a slower pace taking more time and breathing in each pose. This will allow you to deepen your pose and really focus on each movement at hand. It is a calmer and more restful practice that incorporates a variation of both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.

In each yoga class you can expect:

  • A chill relaxing vibe, 

  • Total privacy (option to keep your camera on or off in virtual classes),

  • Easy to follow instructions, 

  • Lots of body positivity

  • Deep stretches  with some strength building, 

  • and empowering affirmations to get you through the week.
